At District Vision, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day return window for all technical eyewear and apparel in original condition. Please ensure all items are unworn and include their original protective packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original box, ensuring all performance lenses are protected and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your return.
